How do we resend invitations?

You can easily resend invitations to employees who haven't yet accepted.
Steps to Resend:
  1. Go to Staff Management > Employees
  2. Find the pending employee
  3. Click the settings gear icon
  4. Select 'Re-Send Invitation'
When to Resend:
  • If invitation wasn't received
  • If invitation expired
  • If employee requests new invitation
  • If original invitation was missed
Tips:
  • Check email address accuracy
  • Verify department assignment
  • Monitor invitation status
  • Follow up if needed
