How do I access the courses via online Learning Management System (LMS)?
You can access the online LMS through the link provided in your welcome email or via our 'Courses' section. Simply click on the link, enter your login credentials (or create an account via 'Sign Up'), and you'll be directed to the course dashboard.
What should I do if I forget my login credentials?
If you forget your username or password, click on the 'Log In' tab located at the top right, then select the \"Lost password\" link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address, and a reset link will be sent to you. For any further issues, contact THE ORANGE CARD directly.
Can I access the training from any device?
Yes, our eLearning platform is compatible with all modern devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You can complete your training anytime, anywhere.
How long do I have to complete the course?
Depending on the module, you have 12 months from the date of enrolment to complete the course. If you need more time, please contact our support team for assistance. Your account details remain available for a lifetime.
Is there a way to track my progress in the course?
Yes, our LMS automatically tracks your progress. You can view your progress on the course dashboard, which shows which modules you have completed and which are still pending.
What happens if I lose internet connection while taking the course?
If you lose internet connection, your progress is automatically saved. Once your connection is restored, you can pick up where you left off without losing any data.
Can I pause and resume the course?
Absolutely! You can pause the course at any time and resume it later. Your progress will be saved automatically.
Are there any assessments in the course?
Yes, each module includes an assessment to evaluate your overall understanding. The course is 'competency-based,' so you must 'pass' all the assessments to move on to the next module.
How can I enrol a group of employees in a course?
For group enrolments (5 or more), we offer a streamlined process. Contact our Corporate sales team at 08 6256 5540 and they will guide you through our bulk enrolment options. We can provide custom enrolment links or integrate with your HR system for seamless onboarding of multiple employees.
Can I get a report on my team's progress and completion rates?
Yes, for corporate accounts, we offer comprehensive reporting features. Managers or HR personnel can access a dashboard showing individual and team progress, completion rates, and assessment scores. Contact our support team to set up your reporting access.
What should I do if I have completed the course but haven't received my digital certificate?
If you've completed all modules and passed all assessments, your digital certificate should be automatically generated. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, first check your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact our support team at sales@theorangecard.com.au providing your full name and the course you completed.
Can I download or print my digital certificate?
Yes, you can both download and print your digital certificate. Once you've completed the course, go to your user dashboard and look for the 'Certificates' or 'Achievements' section. You'll find options to download a PDF version or print directly from there.
What if there's an error on my digital certificate?
If you notice any errors on your digital certificate (e.g., misspelled name, incorrect course title), please don't hesitate to contact our support team immediately at sales@theorangecard.com.au. Provide details of the error, and we will issue a corrected certificate as soon as possible.
NB. If you have incorrectly registered your name, you will need to edit the details yourself to ensure the certificate is displayed correctly. We have provided strict instructions for ALL names registered to be exactly like your legal documents. An admin fee of $35.00 will incur for any amendments made from TOC.
