How do I create an account?

Creating an account on The Orange Card

1. Click the "Register" Button

   On the homepage, click the "Register" button located at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Enter Your Email Address

   In the registration form, enter your email address. Make sure it's accurate, as this will be used for account verification and communication.

3. Send the Verification Code

   Click the "Send Verification Code" button. A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided.

4. Check Your Email for the Verification Code

   Open your email inbox and look for an email from The Orange Card.

   Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Enter the Verification Code

   Return to the registration page and enter the verification code you received in your email.

6. Complete Your Profile

   Fill in the required information, such as your name, password, and any other details needed to complete your profile.

7. Click "Register"

   Once all the information is entered, click the "Register" button to finalize your account creation.

What Happens Next?

• After registering, you'll be automatically logged into your account.
• You'll have access to your dashboard, where you can start exploring courses, training modules, and other features.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Didn't Receive the Verification Code?
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still don't see it, click "Resend Verification Code" on the registration page.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@theorangecard.com.au
• Entered the Wrong Email Address?
  • If you entered an incorrect email address, simply refresh the page and start the registration process again.
• Verification Code Expired?
  • If the code has expired, click "Resend Verification Code" to receive a new one.
