This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive well connected proven salesperson who wants to grow their income potential. We offer the opportunity to work for yourself (hours are up to you) selling our On-Line educational courses. in the growing critical areas of AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs), Workplace Ethics, sexual harassment, assault, bullying and discrimination. You will be experienced in B2B sales have a passion to help business improve safety, increase productivity, and educate staff.
In this highly autonomous role, your key focus will be to build ongoing commercial growth. You will add value and influence through your consultative selling style, exceptional sales process, and excellent customer service. Our in-demand courses are for all businesses White collar and Blue collar, the facts are drugs do not discriminate nor does bullying or sexual harassment.

What you will bring / Ideal Candidate:

Ideally, you will have a strong sales experience within a large organisation. Your prior experience may well have aligned with HR, Senior Management or at Board level. You will require strong people skills with a natural flair to build trust and lasting relationships. To be successful in the role you will also need to demonstrate.

  • Strong account and business development management skills.
  • Positive, motivated mindset and sales ability.
  • Genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and improve safety and productivity.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to problem-solve on your feet.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time and think proactively.

This is a commission only role, (no earning caps and you have no territory restrictions and could sub contact and engage your own staff).

Our content covers Alcohol, wide range of Illicit and synthetic drugs via video education.  It also outlines how to reduce both risks and accidents including acceptable behaviour in the workplace and units covering Bullying, Sexual Harassment, Assault, and Discrimination.   We have now grown to a “One Stop Shop” and have the unique ability to customise or white label courses for our customers.

What’s Required

You will require your own computer and mobile, and you will need to attend your meetings and presentations. We supply all sales collateral, training, templates. We set you up with your own Orange Card email address and production ready artwork for business card. We have I.T. help desk for and technical support including help to set up email signature etc.

Our head office is based in Perth Western Australia, and we now require sales representation in all States and Territories. All the tools and sales collateral are provided including help with social media and marketing. Also training and mentoring is available from very experienced sales professionals.
